1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions create a binding agreement between you and Dracula Casino. The moment you register an account, claim a bonus, or place a wager, you are confirming that you have read these terms, understood them, and agreed to them. 2. Eligibility

3. Your Account

4. Verification (KYC)

In order to meet anti-money-laundering requirements, we may request confirmation of your identity, age, address, and payment methods before any withdrawal is processed. Transactions can be paused or held until that check is finished. Submitting falsified documents will lead to the closure of your account and the loss of your funds.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Deposits appear in your balance straight away once your payment provider approves them.
• Payouts are sent only to a verified method registered in your own name.
• Minimum and maximum amounts apply and are displayed within the cashier.
• We add no fees of our own, although your payment provider might.
• Where the law requires it, we may ask you to confirm the origin of your funds.

6. Bonuses & Wagering

Taking a bonus is entirely optional, and each one comes with its own wagering requirements, game contribution rates, maximum-bet caps, and expiry dates as set out in the promotion. Misusing bonus offers — for example through collusion or irregular betting patterns — can result in the bonus and any winnings tied to it being removed.

7. Fair Play & Conduct

Every game is powered by certified random number generators. Using bots, exploits, collusion, or any other method to influence results is strictly forbidden. Where we detect such behaviour, we may cancel the wagers involved and close the accounts behind them.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is offered on an "as is" basis. So far as the law permits, Dracula Casino accepts no responsibility for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss that results from using, or being unable to use, the platform. You play entirely at your own risk and only with money you can comfortably afford to lose.

9. Account Closure

You are welcome to close your account whenever you like by getting in touch with support. We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these terms, the law, or our responsible-gaming policy. Any verified balance that is not under investigation will be paid back to you.

10. Changes & Governing Law

From time to time we may revise these terms; the most recent version is always the one that applies and will appear on this page. The terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province where you reside. By continuing to use the service after an update is published, you accept the revised terms.
